Ms. Nirmala Mehendale is a founder trustee of Kindness Unlimited and is on the International Council of the World Kindness Movement and holds the position of Treasurer. She is a postgraduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai and has over two and a half decades of experience in building and implementing HR systems and processes for a number of large organizations. Nirmala is the Director of Mind Movers Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. a company co- founded by her in 1997.
